Xotic (3) – Life Pride (8) – Xenophanes (10) – Lotus Garden (6) – Artplace (4)

1.Rennen: Ocario (13) – Powerplay (8) – Pavana (14) – Genuine Art (11)

2.Rennen: Quietude (9) – Gelade (11) – See You Soon (6) – Dark Fighter (2)

3.Rennen: Magic Moments (6) – Daring Art (9) – Andiamo (2) - All Win (1)

4.Rennen: Victorious (10) – La Facella (6) – Hannover Indian (14) – See Dex (5)

5.Rennen: Orotouch (2) – Life Style (3) – Prince Paul (1) – Dashing Diva (5)

6.Rennen: Sokol (5) – Pleasantpathfinder (6) – Zubaida (1) – Biederich (11)

7.Rennen: A Mighty Heart (3) – Tivoli (4) – Dorick (7) – Quezon (5)

Bremen, 7 Rennen, erster Start 17:55 Uhr!

Night Chaparral (H. Mouchova/T. Angne) hat lange nichts mehr geboten.

Tipps für die Rennen:

1.Rennen: Xotic (3) – Life Pride (8) – Xenophanes (10) – Lotus Garden (6)

2.Rennen: Don Bosco (1) – Royal Sun (3) – Kendemai (4) – Lord of the Land (6)

3.Rennen: Baghadur (2) – Jolly Good Kitten (5) – Ross (6) – Royal Spring (7)

4.Rennen: Manatee (1) – Teletext (3) – Cocktail Queen (2) – Meleagros (5)

5.Rennen: Trully Me (10) – Crazy des Aigles (1) – Convicted (3) – Alasdair (5)

6.Rennen: Skating The Park (14) – Moon de Breizh (18) – Magic Run (19) – Andelyta (5)

7.Rennen: Cashpoint (15) – Almond Magic (3) – Metropol (8) – Mariele (9)

8.Rennen: Teo le Sarde (15) – Wingland (10) – Apollon (8) – Xpo Universel (1)

Longchamp, 8 Rennen, erster Start 13:50 Uhr!

As is the norm at this time of the year, there are many juveniles making their debuts around the country and the betting will be your best guide. CLEVER KATE disappointed last time but has run well before. VAMPIRELLA won on debut last time. Can be followed again. MAKE MY OWN LUCK makes her debut. CLASS ACT ran her best race in three last time. WIND TRADER is a first timer that could also be worth following.

1st - CLEVER KATE (3); 2nd - VAMPIRELLA (1); 3rd - MAKE MY OWN LUCK (4); 4th - CLASS ACT (2); 5th - WIND TRADER (6)

RACE 2:

SHREYA'S STAR makes his debut. Keep an eye on the betting. VARIABLE PITCH has had three good runs but fades late. NATAL is a son of ARGONAUT. SON OF SILVER made a fair debut last time ICE RUN is a son of WESTERN WINTER.

1st - SHREYA'S STAR  (5); 2nd - VARIABLE PITCH (7); 3rd - NATAL (4); 4th - SON OF SILVER (6); 5th - ICE RUN (3)

RACE 3:

CHASING THE SUN was bumped at the start last time. Can make amends. GUILTY AS CHARGED stayed on last time and has steady form. SHOW ME HEAVEN did not run to form last time. Has been better than that. EVERCELL also ran way below par last time and has more to find for the win. PRINCE OF ARABIA ran on three runs ago and will have to go some to repeat that.

1st -  CHASING THE SUN (2); 2nd - GUILTY AS CHARGED (1); 3rd - SHOW ME HEAVEN (7); 4th - EVERCELL (4); 5th - PRINCE OF ARABIA (3)

RACE 4:

DARK AVENGER makes his KZN debut after having changed stables. There was improvement in his latest run which was in Cape Town. CHARLES MY BOY was pipped close home last time. That was his best run in four. DAGGER FALL has been running on. Should be in the mix. COUNTERMOVE has lost ground in both starts but last run gave an improvement of over thirty lengths. Has to be considered. JEDAK has shown an inexplicable loss in form. Chance on form before last two.

1st -  DARK AVENGER (3); 2nd - CHARLES MY BOY (1); 3rd - DAGGER FALL (4); 4th - COUNTERMOVE (12); 5th - JEDAK (2)

RACE 5:

SARATOGA DANCER won against stronger last time. Can repeat and win again. ALWAYS AL has not showed for a long time now. Any return to form would cause an upset. RED ROVER is never far back and stayed on last time. OH BOY has won two from three. Could be progressive but takes on stronger. ALL TOGETHER NOW ran a very good post maiden at this track against weaker last time. S'Manga Khumalo rides for Mike De Kock.

1st -  SARATOGA DANCER (1); 2nd - ALWAYS AL (2); 3rd - RED ROVER (3); 4th - OH BOY (4); 5th - ALL TOGETHER NOW (8)

RACE 6:

DE KOCK, from the Brett Crawford yard, makes his KZN debut. He drops in class and has won over the distance before. Did beat LEGISLATE about eighteen months ago in a feature race in Cape Town. BALANCE SHEET has had his problems but can never be ignored at this level. Has run in some very good top races. FRENCH REVOLUTION is never far back and is taking to the rising in class well. RUN RHINO RUN did not run to form last time. Give another chance. TIPO TINTO needs to find a better finish.

1st -  DE KOCK (1); 2nd - BALANCE SHEET (5); 3rd - FRENCH REVOLUTION (4); 4th -RUN RHINO RUN (7); 5th - TIPO TINTO (2)

RACE 7:

ONE WAY TICKET was far from disgraced in a feature in PE last time. OSTERIA is still improving and takes on quite a bit stronger. He hasn't run for over five months and may need the run. SABAHA drops slightly in class but may be better over slightly further now. MISS STINGRAY will be running on and has some good form in recent races. Both wins have been over this trip. BRAVE AND BOLD may just be improving again.

1st -  ONE WAY TICKET (1); 2nd - OSTERIA (2); 3rd - SABAHA (4); 4th - MISS STINGRAY (13); 5th - BRAVE AND BOLD (5)

RACE 8:

FLYING LOOT disappointed last time but that was against stronger. Watch for an improved run. CHERRY TRIPPER was disappointing against stronger last time. Gavin Lerena rides. WAR PATH has the form but could find this tougher. CUVEE BRUT has good form. Was soundly beaten by MAJMU a few months back, but then at least she got to run against her. BALKAN returns from a three month break. Won well last time.

1st - FLYING LOOT  (3); 2nd - CHERRY TRIPPER (2); 3rd - WAR PATH (4); 4th - CUVEE BRUT (6); 5th - BALKAN (5)

RACE 9:

CAPTAIN ON THE RUN hasn't run since early January but takes a drop in cl;ass that could compensate for that. He has won this C & D and three of his four wins have been over the distance. SPACE LAUNCH takes on stronger but is improving. SAIL SOUTH has his first run in KZN this season. Had decent Cape Town form and won at this track last season. HIGHWAY EXPLORER is never too far back but encountered problems last time. PIANO MAN could be finding form.

1st -  CAPTAIN ON THE RUN (2); 2nd - SPACE LAUNCH (8); 3rd - SAIL SOUTH (1); 4th - HIGHWAY EXPLORER (5); 5th - PIANO MAN (4)

RACE 10:

FLY AT EM takes on much weaker this afternoon. This will be his second run after a lengthy fifteen month break. BURRWOOD hasn't won in ages but did stay on last time. GLINKA has good post maiden form and ran on well last time. GUMBI won his maiden at the second attempt last time. May need to confirm. LEGEND FIGHTER could be coming back to form but may prefer the polytrack at Greyville.

1st -  FLY AT EM (2); 2nd - BURRWOOD (6); 3rd - GLINKA (9); 4th - GUMBI (5); 5th - LEGEND FIGHTER (8)

Race 1,
Turf, 1.000 m, Starter opt. Claiming $25k, $28,000, 19:00 CEST

#3 Golden Emperor won all his 3 starts this year, last time in significantly higher class, switches to another good jockey

#1 Hold on Smokey
finished among the first four in his last 4 starts in much higher class, even at stakes level, in Tampa

#4 Trev, #5 Padilla, #6 Noble Prince and #7 Imperial Robyn prefer to run in the lead, but have worse posts than the top contenders, what is diminishing their chances, if one still gets the lead and is not instantly pressured, at least a top place is in reach; the former can also score as stalker and would be a top contender on the dirt

#8 Moonwalker was placed well last year even at stakes level; chased in 4-wide and eased in a similar race in January; got a break, but didn’t convince in training

#9 Dreaming of Neno
is the top contender, when the race is relocated to the dirt track because of heavy rainfall

Analysis: Golden Emperor can win as stalker or from the top, so he is the most reliable contender, only Hold on Smokey seems to be a real threat

Race 2,
Dirt, 1 Mile, Claiming $10k, $18,000, 19:30 CEST

#3 Bullheaded Lady
won handily with today’s jockey and his weight allowance, but is a bit up in class

#7 Holy Day was a year ago pretty successful in much higher class; finished 3rd after a layoff in slightly lower class

#1 Fleet Talk'n Miss was placed well last year in much higher class, but at the moment she disappointed even at this level; gets 7 lbs. off through talented apprentice jockey and got the best post for her stalking tactic

#4 My Mom Santina
finished 3rd in her last two starts; compared to last year’s results this was disappointing; prefers shorter distances

Analysis: Bullheaded Lady is recommended by her recent effort, but a few contenders could be a threat, if they regain last year’s form

Race 3,
Dirt, 900 m, Maiden Special Weight, $48,000, 20:00 CEST

#5 Miss Stardust
showed recently a very fast workout over 4 furlongs and got a top jockey, but trainer seldom wins with first time starters

#2 Silent Prayer
was defeated narrowly by #1 Eden's Garden in a training run 5 days ago, but it was close and the former pleased more in previous workouts

#6 Chessen, #3 Nasha Nadezhda, #8 Dagney's Revenge and #9 Alcaldesa showed fast workouts over 3 furlongs

Analysis: Miss Stardust and Silent Prayer are the top choices by training impressions, but in races for 2-year-old so early in the year anything could happen

Race 4, Turf, 1,700 m, Claiming $16k, $20,000,, 20:30 CEST

#6 Meuser improved from start to start and the closer recently missed victory by less than a length

#7 Kitten in May
was runner-up trice in his 5 starts this year; closer, but missed the late kick already in the past

#8 Holy Highway was much improved last time, rallied for show position from far behind; should like longer distance

#1 Live in Joy finished two times in the money this year after decent starts from inner posts like today

#10 Katillac Charm is the top contender, when the race is relocated to the dirt track because of heavy rainfall

Analysis: Meuser is the first choice, because the other closers begin even worse and there is no speed in this race

Race 5, Dirt, 1 Mile, Maiden Claiming $50k, $31,000, 21:00 CEST

#2 Mid Ocean conquered the lead from an outside post, defended 3rd place despite this energy-sapping move

#10 Jugueton
was runner-up in his only 2 starts; seems to need no special tactic, ran from behind and from the top

#9 Tiger of Wales
finished 3rd in a very fast race in February; was recently no factor on the turf track; 5 lbs. off

#7 Cincinnatus finished as 4th just 3 ½ lengths behind Jugueton; improved in training since then; 1st time Lasix

Analysis: Jugueton defeated Mid Ocean after a duel for the lead, this time the latter got better chances through the much better post position
