(17) United Back - (11) Vicomte Boufarcaux - (8) Tafaiko Sax - (7) Tischendorff Padd - (16) Urfée Jallerie

1.Rennen: Dariyan (1) – Vangaug (2) – Objection (4) – Laredo (3)

2.Rennen: Santarem (2) – Vadariya (8) – Bliss In The City (1) – Mister Dick (4)

3.Rennen: Bookrunner (3) – Royal Sun (1) – Si Luna (8) – High Spirit (2)

4.Rennen: Treve (1) – We Are (2) – Cocktail Queen (4) – Feodora (3)

5.Rennen: Hectomare (4) – Dostumhon (1) – Solmen (2) – Heartiste (7)

6.Rennen: Vengeur Masque (3) – Scaptia (5) – Dhorsell (12) – Nabunga (2)

7.Rennen: Skating The Park (12) – Albegna (8) – Taweel (1) – Mockingbird (2)

8.Rennen: Amigo Tonio (6) – Eleven Park (7) – Be Earnest (9) – Majestic Club (10)

Saint-Cloud, 8 Rennen, erster Start 13:50 Uhr!

RACE 1:

DYNAMIC SPEED ran into traffic problems last time. That was a good run under the circumstances and based on his first two should be the one to beat. ROSSLYN CHAPEL stayed on last time and looks to be coming back to form. KING OF CHAOS did not show in his post maiden against a stronger field last time. Watch for improvement on that run. THE CAT won his maiden very well last time. This will be decidedly tougher. THUNDER PUNCH stayed on well last time but is still a maiden.

 1st - DYNAMIC SPEED (1); 2nd - ROSSLYN CHAPEL (3); 3rd - KING OF CHAOS (2); 4th - THE CAT (5); 5th - THUNDER PUNCH (9)

RACE 2:

CONSORT ran her best race in twenty two last time. is invariably slow away but respect on the improvement. RADISHA has had three fair runs and should still improve. JOLENE needs to find a better finish to win. HASTY KITTEN showed a stubborn attitude last time but race was decent. ROCKABELLA may improve on a fair debut.

 1st - CONSORT (2); 2nd - RADISHA (11); 3rd - JOLENE (1); 4th - HASTY KITTEN (13); 5th - ROCKABELLA (14)

RACE 3:

JAY BELLE  has the form to win her maiden this afternoon. Will be finishing well. ARS POETICA will also be running on and has improved in her last two. JOY OF HOPE ran her best race in nineteen last time. Consider on that effort. OYSTER NUT managed to finish well late last time. Has improved in her last three. Money chance. HI LANA has been improving. One for quartets and trifectas.

 1st - JAY BELLE (3); 2nd - ARS POETICA (1); 3rd - JOY OF HOPE (8); 4th - OYSTER NUT (4); 5th - HI LANA (5)

RACE 4:

STRONG SCENT won her last two with authority and she has been finishing strongly in recent runs. Definite hat trick chance. SILVAN SPIRIT has had her problems in her last two but at best can pop up in this field. BRIDE'S DOWRY can never be ignored even if she happens to be slow away more often than not. MASSACHUSETTS is still improving  and should not be ignored. Three wins from nine starts. NIGHT FALL steps up in class and did run on well last time in an improved run.

 1st - STRONG SCENT (5); 2nd - SILVAN SPIRIT (4); 3rd - BRIDE'S DOWRY (1); 4th - MASSACHUSETTS (7); 5th - NIGHT FALL (10)

RACE 5:

WAY CLEAR has been a consistent performer even though he hasn't won for over a year. OTTIMO hasn't won for almost as long but did show class earlier in his career. SIR DUKE has a mind of his own but has been churning out the results. Has won two from three this C & D. Drops in class. Another to drop in class is GOGETTHESHERIFF will have to repeat penultimate start. MESMERIZE will need to find some of his earlier better form.

 1st - WAY CLEAR (4); 2nd - OTTIMO (5); 3rd - SIR DUKE (2); 4th - GOGETTHESHERIFF (1); 5th - MESMERIZE (9)

RACE 6: GLENLAIR TROPHY (Listed) - TAARISH could win first feature of a busy weekend

TAARISH has been showing some improvement. He has more disappointing in PE than was expected of him when he moved here from the Mike De Kock yard. Even though he has won once in PE at this track, one would have expected him to be a far more frequent visitor to the number one box. He meets CROWN OF GOLD on 5kg better terms for a one and a quarter length beating in a weaker race last time. He also  tackles the distance for the first time and that could suit him well. S'Mango Khumalo rides for the first time.

CROWN OF GOLD will need to go some to beat TAARISH at the weights in this race even though he did lose to him the time they met before that. He loves this track and is a C & D winner. Jockey Raymond Danielson has already won on him on four occasions.

DRILL SARGEANT finished behind TAARISH last time but has more to find at the weights as well. He is a honest sort who has placed this C & D. Gavin Lerena steps aboard for the first time. Should earn something and is not out of it.

PADDY O'REILLY drops in class for this race but does not have the best of form. Bernard Fayd'Herbe has the ride and he has been winning his fair share of races around the country of late. Not in his favour is the fact that he hasn't won in almost two years.

LE CAPITANE has some fair form but has some way to go at this level for now.

 1st - TAARISH (4); 2nd - CROWN OF GOLD (2); 3rd - DRILL SARGEANT (3); 4th - PADDY O'REILLY (1); 5th - LE CAPITANE (5)

RACE 7:

ROYAL LECTURE has found form again and has been running on in his last two. The drop in class will also help. RANGE LIGHTS can pop up if repeating best form to date. Not too reliable though. SILENT RUSH does have her problems but can feature if repeating penultimate run. LEVONCA has disappointed before. Almost two months since she last ran. SAINT ANGELIQUE was a surprise winner last time. Would almost surprise were she to run a place!

 1st - ROYAL LECTURE (4); 2nd - RANGE LIGHTS (15); 3rd - SILENT RUSH (3); 4th - LEVONCA (5); 5th - SAINT ANGELIQUE (1)

RACE 8:

DISTILLER showed improvement against stronger last time. has a good shout this field. MY PRECIOUS makes her PE debut. can win this on her Cape Town form. CLASSIC VICTORY has been running on and should earn something this race. SEXY AND FREE has good post maiden form and has a shout if finding a good enough finish. ARROW HEART has her excuses but is capable if at her very best.

 1st - DISTILLER (1); 2nd - MY PRECIOUS (5); 3rd - CLASSIC VICTORY (11); 4th - SEXY AND FREE (3); 5th - ARROW HEART (2)

Race 1, Turf, 1,710 m, Claiming $16k, $20,000, 19:00 CEST

#3 Meuser finished among the first four in all his 4 starts this year, even on the dirt, the closer needed a fast pace to win

#5 Sneaky Kitten was placed well in higher class besides the last start, where he could not keep up early

#1 Eduardito
won at this level after his maiden victory, but had to fight hard at the end; prefers to run in the lead

#6 Dominate dueled for the lead in his last 3 starts and was runner-up twice and caught by Meuser as 3rd

Analysis: Sneaky Kitten would be the first choice, but after his last failure Meuser seems to be more trustworthy, because there is a lot of speed in the race

Race 2,
Dirt, 1 Mile, Claiming $12.5k, $18,000, 19:30 CEST

#6 Jaiden's Best was two times 3rd in his 4 stakes starts last year, after a layoff he was dead last in Tampa’s highest allowance class

#1 Jus for Fun appears mostly on the result board, but seldom wins; benefits from ideal post for his stalking tactic

#2 Roll On the Navajo won in lower class a sprint race with an increasing lead; the longer distance could be an issue

#7 Smart as a Fawkes
won his debut last year and his first turf start in higher class on the turf-track, where he was no factor in the following races

#5 Sum Midnight Star was no factor in higher class after his maiden win in Santa Anita and then totally failed here on the grass

Analysis: Jaiden's Best stands out by class, but his form is questionable, so Jus for Fun is an alternative as key horse for betting wheels

Race 3,
Dirt, 1,200 m, Claiming $12.5k, $20,000, 20:00 CEST

#1 Duchess of Wicklow
was a serial winner last year, but after a long layoff she needed 3 starts before her first success

#2 Yes Mz Olga
took a long break after her victory last May, but won her comeback and the recent start even with an advantage of 8 length, so the step up in class could be successful; frontrunner

#6 My House won 2 of her 5 season starts; the frontrunner eases at the end, when she has to fight hard for the lead or gets pressure

#3 Turnout mostly fought for victory in Tampa - even in higher class, but her last excursion to Gulfstream was a disaster

Analysis: Yes Mz Olga and My House most likely will battle for the lead, so Duchess of Wicklow should benefit from their slipstream and win at the end

Race 4, Dirt, 1,000 m, Maiden Special Weight, $48,000, 20:30 CEST

#2 Union Vow is a very interesting debutant by breeding and also worked out the fastest

#1 Brighton Lane was always among the fastest in training and got 3 stakes winners among his siblings

#6 Wild Pussycat, #5 Kaptini and #7 Hard Nut to Crack pleased in training, but didn’t run so fast like the top picks

Analysis: Union Vow and Brighton Lane made the best impression in training, but at their first race day the 2-year-old are always good for surprises

Race 5, Turf, 1,710 m, Maiden Special Weight, $40,000, 21:00 CEST

#3 Pharaoh Bob stalked the leaders in a fast race, vied in the stretch, but couldn’t improve his 3rd position

#4 Over the Limit had as 3rd a nice race behind the two favorites, but was not involved in the final battle

#8 True Diplomacy was runner-up in slightly lower class, improved inside at the rails; outer post is an issue

#7 Rock That Bird pleased in training and could be a factor in his debut

Analysis: Pharaoh Bob ran the fastest of all and tried to attack the leaders, so he looks more like a winner than the others do in this open race
